Paradise Gem & Mineral Club
Established in 1950, the Paradise Gem and Mineral Club is a volunteer-run organization in Paradise, California. The objectives of the Club are:
The promotion of the study of Earth Sciences through the collection, classification, and preservation of mineral and other geologic specimens; to encourage the exploration and observation of geological formations, sites, and varieties; to share the beauty of gems, minerals, rocks, and fossils through artistic means and the lapidary arts; to share knowledge of gems, minerals, rocks, and fossils through display and education. Members of the Club enjoy an extensive lapidary shop, classes, and monthly field trips.
2026 Paradise Gem & Mineral Club Show
Every year PGMC holds a Gem & Mineral show in Butte County, with 50+ vendors selling, jewelry, raw materials, show quality pieces, and more! A full area for kids featuring a scavenger hunt, crack-a-geode, treasure chests, AND MORE! There will also be food trucks, raffles, and auctions.
